Worry that never quite switches off, treated with practical CBT so your days feel steadier.

Through the PSYPACT® and Counseling Compact™ interjurisdictional agreements, Arizona Behavioral Health Associates, P.C. and Psychotherapy.Com℠ provide secure telehealth and virtual visits across most of the United States. Telehealth authorization follows the state you are physically located in at the time of your appointment, so please choose that state below.
Each page shows which of our providers is currently available in that state, the services they offer there, and how to request an appointment through our confidential portal. Della S. Lusk, Ph.D., a bilingual licensed psychologist, sees clients in participating PSYPACT® states and in Hawaii under her state license. Alethea Braun-Dunagan, M.A., a Licensed Professional Counselor, sees clients in Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Wyoming through the Counseling Compact™.
Both clinicians publish their license numbers, the boards that issued them, and how to verify each one: Dr. Lusk’s licensure and credentials and Ms. Braun-Dunagan’s education and licensure.
Wherever you are seen, our approach is client-centered and evidence-based. We rely primarily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), applied with cultural awareness through a personalized treatment plan, and we do not offer a quick fix.
Continuity of care matters to us, and it is one of the reasons we practice across state lines. Because authorization depends on where you are sitting during a session, please tell us before you travel or relocate. We will confirm whether we are able to continue seeing you in your new location, and if we are not, we will help you find appropriate local care.
