All of our providers have significant training and experience in counseling children, adolescents, adults and families. Our therapists primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, but each practitioner retains their own individual style and preferences in helping with problems. Della S. Lusk, Ph.D.

Clinical Director
Bilingual Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Della Lusk is a Licensed Psychologist with over 20 years experience helping clients resolve issues and achieve their personal and professional goals. She has extensive experience in counseling and psychological assessment of children, adolescents, adults and families. Dr. Lusk’s practice focuses primarily on individual psychotherapy, but she also offers group, couples and family counseling. She is a qualified expert witness in the State of Arizona, and conducts psychological evaluations for forensic, educational, employment and diagnostic purposes. She is one of a very limited number of Bilingual (English/Spanish) Clinical Psychologists in the Northern Arizona region.

Alethea Braun-Dunagan, M.A.

Licensed Professional Counselor

Ms. Alethea Braun-Dunagan is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides a wide range of services through individual, couples and family counseling, as well as the facilitation of groups. She utilizes a variety of Cognitive Behavioral techniques to assist individuals, couples and families overcome obstacles in their lives. She has experience providing individual and group therapy with children, adolescents, and adults. Ms. Braun-Dunagan provides guidance, support and assistance in developing one’s full potential through establishing solid educational and career/life goals. Her professional interests include women’s issues, relapse prevention for addictions, postpartum mood disorders, stress-management, and working with culturally-diverse individuals. Ms. Braun-Dunagan has experience working with children and youth, through providing advocacy and restoring healthy relationships. She also is one of our intake specialists and can assist in selecting the therapist most appropriate for your specific needs.

Managing Director

Mr. Lusk is a seasoned professional with over 20 years experience in providing consultation to organizations throughout the Americas and Europe. He also is a Certified School Psychologist in Arizona and California. His mental health and corporate experience brings a unique and reasoned perspective to your concerns. Katy Barrow, M.A.
handles all billing matters for our office. She is also responsible for current and former client’s accounts (including billing, processing of payments, submitting insurance claims and related paperwork).

Kathryn Taylor handles all scheduling concerns for our office. She is generally available during normal business hours to help facilitate treatment through our office, and provides general information to the public about our services.

Our offices are conveniently located at 710 N. Beaver Street, BLDG 4, Flagstaff, AZ 86001-3139. We are approximately 6 blocks south of the Flagstaff Medical Center in the Flagstaff Doctors’ Village Complex. On street parking is available on Beaver and Sullivan Streets, and we also have a large, dedicated, off street parking lot accessible from Leroux Street. Our parking and facilities are handicap accessible. We also have bicycle racks directly across from our main entrance for your use.
