Functional Electrical Stimulator Ardiem Medical will fabricate your implantable device prototypes to your specification or make short production runs of your design.  Our engineers and technicians have several decades of experience in pacemaker and implantable pulse generator device design and fabrication and stand by to assist you in the design of your device.  We will produce your simple single-channel devices or more complex multi-channel devices, or even nonelectronic-based devices.  In addition Ardiem Medical will fabricate accessory devices such as electrodes and external support equipment and instrumentation for your devices. Spiral Nerve Cuff Electrodes A nerve based peripheral electrode that encompasses the nerve geometry for increased stimulation and recording selectivity. The spiral is an array of one or more electrical contacts embedded within an elastomeric sheet which is self-biased to curl to a predefined radius. When placed around the nerve, the electrode wraps around the nerve multiple times. One of the important goals of implantable nerve electrode development is to design an electrode that is self-sizing, without requiring sutures, while still allowing removal of the intact electrode. The electrode is available in several diameter ranges and electrode configurations and can be modified to your specifications. The typical application of this type of electrode is functional electrical stimulation or neural signal recordings. Implantable electrode Custom Electrode Terminations Muscle Based Electrodes Electrodes are custom made to your specification in implantable or external configurations. Unipolar and multipolar configurations are both available and these can be built in either prototype or short-run production quantities. Electrode variety ranges from epimysial, percutaneous, intramuscular, stimulation, and recording applications. Medical and Surgical Equipment Ardiem Medical is not limited to implantable devices but will produce your external medical devices as well.  Ardiem Medical will fabricate your prototype and short-run manufacturing of external control units, programmers or stand-alone instrumentation for monitoring or performing surgical or medical procedures.  In addition our engineers and technicians stand by to assist you in the design of your device if needed.  We manufacture electrical and mechanical devices. Our technicians assemble and test according to customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
