## 2. Telehealth & Virtual Visits
While we prioritize in-person counseling in our downtown office in Flagstaff, we provide therapy and counseling via virtual visits in over 40 states through the PSYPACT® and Counseling Compact™ agreements.

- **Counseling Compact™:** Authorized to practice in participating Counseling Compact states.

**How Virtual Visits Work:**
We use SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant platform, to manage scheduling, paperwork, and telehealth appointments. You do not need a special username or password. About 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, you will receive an email and/or text message reminder containing a unique video appointment link compliant with all modern browsers, or you can join via the SimplePractice app.

### Psychological Assessment
Includes intelligence testing, personality assessment, learning disability, vocational, custody, and forensic evaluations as well as fitness for duty evaluations. We evaluate for Autism, OCD, executive functioning issues, neuropsychological disorders, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders (ADHD, ADD, AuDHD).

### Individual Therapy
One-on-one therapy providing individualized attention and guidance. Our therapists primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model, tailored to individual practitioner preferences. We treat Anxiety Disorders (affecting 18% of adults), Eating Disorders, Relationship Issues, Postpartum Mood Disorders, and Living With Loss.

### Couples/Marital or Family Therapy

## 5. Billing, Insurance & Intake
- **Complimentary Visit:** We offer a complimentary 20-minute informational online visit with our counselor to discuss major problems, treatment proposals, payment plans, and scheduling.
- **Insurance Policy:** We operate primarily out-of-network to protect client privacy and avoid insurance-mandated session limits. Upon request, we submit claims directly to your insurance company as a courtesy so you can utilize out-of-network benefits. Our LPC accepts Traditional Medicare and TriCare West. We do not submit claims to Medicaid or AHCCCS.
- **Payment Options:** Accepts major credit/debit cards, HSA, FSA, and HRA cards. We offer prompt pay discounts and a limited number of sliding scale fee appointments.

## 8. Interstate Telehealth Coverage, State by State

The practice maintains one page per jurisdiction under https://psychotherapy.com/ST/. Each page
states which clinician is authorized there, on what legal basis, which services
are available, and how to request an appointment. Telehealth authority follows
the client's physical location at the time of the appointment, not their
permanent address or the location of the practice.

Dr. Lusk practices across PSYPACT® participating states under Authority to
Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology, and in Hawaii under a Hawaii state
license. Louisiana is the one listed jurisdiction where she is not yet
authorized; clients there are seen by Ms. Braun-Dunagan under the Counseling
