Billing, Insurance & Intake - **Complimentary Visit:** We offer a complimentary 20-minute informational online visit with our counselor to discuss major problems, treatment proposals, payment plans, and scheduling. - **Insurance Policy:** We operate primarily out-of-network to protect client privacy and avoid insurance-mandated session limits. Upon request, we submit claims directly to your insurance company as a courtesy so you can utilize out-of-network benefits. Our LPC accepts Traditional Medicare and TriCare West. We do not submit claims to Medicaid or AHCCCS. - **Payment Options:** Accepts major credit/debit cards, HSA, FSA, and HRA cards.
